Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will lead a small team and collaborate across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to transform data and improve decision making.

You will build scalable data solutions on Google Cloud, automate pipelines, and ensure data quality and governance. Strong SQL/Python skills and healthcare analytics background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Excel and financial modeling experience for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate forecasts, budgets, accruals and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Manage analyst and Sr. Analyst deliverables ensuring accuracy.
• Partner with Data Engineering/Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate to define data requirements, business rules and governance for rebates.
• Use SQL, Python, and cloud-native tech to transform and analyze large datasets for planning.
• Support enterprise reporting/visualization with Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku.
