Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

You will transform financial data using cloud-based platforms, automate pipelines, and implement data governance to improve reporting accuracy and decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or BI experience.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes for data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for rebate forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-based tools to transform and analyze large datasets for planning activities.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization through Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
