Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

You will lead a small analytical team while transforming financial data, building automated pipelines in Google Cloud, and improving governance, reporting, and decision support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python data analysis for large datasets.
• 3+ years of Excel and financial modeling for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering/Technology to design scalable data solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for forecasting/reporting.
• Transform and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
