WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team and scale financial planning for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly closes, and partner with G&A to drive transparency and efficiency across budgeting and forecasting.

You will work in a remote-first environment with strong analytical focus, a knack for systems, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth initiatives and board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP knowledge and FP&A processes understood.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in cross-functional work.
• Self-starter, able to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a remote-first workspace.
• Prior SaaS experience with knowledge of core SaaS metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration (40%): admin Workday Adaptive Insights, user management, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting.
• Financial Planning & Reporting (35%): monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, recurring reporting packages, board deliverables, budgeting, long-range planning, ad hoc analyses.
• G&A Business Partnering (25%): support budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecast of strategic initiatives, cross-functional planning in Adaptive.
