Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across the Finance team. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A leaders, and help drive transparency and efficiency in planning.

Responsibilities include monthly close, budgeting, board deliverables, and ad hoc analyses to inform growth strategies. This remote-first role emphasizes analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Proficient in GAAP financial statements and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and board deliverables.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals and headcount planning.
