Zusammenfassung

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to help drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making as the company scales. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, ensure data integrity, and partner with G&A teams to improve forecasting and transparency.

You will work in a remote-first finance organization, collaborating across HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to support growth initiatives and provide insightful analysis for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Remote-first environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, integrations, and data integrity.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: close processes, P&L commentary, recurring reports, board deliverables, budgeting support.
• G&A Partnering: budget vs actuals, headcount planning, forecasting for G&A leaders.
• Lead planning cycles and provide ad hoc analysis to support growth initiatives.
