Humaans, a YC-backed HR infrastructure startup, seeks a founding US-based BDR to drive the expansion from San Francisco by introducing Athena AI to the American market. You will work closely with the founders to build an outbound playbook and shape how agentic AI transforms HR, Finance, and Operations for high-growth companies.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a commercial BDR or SDR role within B2B SaaS.
• Creative hunter mentality with strong written communication and resilience in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Deep curiosity for AI and automation, with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-quality outbound pipeline for Athena by researching target companies and crafting thoughtful, personalized outreach to senior HR and Finance leaders.
• Experiment with messaging, positioning, and channels to develop a repeatable US sales playbook alongside the founders and account executives.
• Utilize AI and data tools as force multipliers to increase research depth, personalization, and overall productivity in identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
