Qualifications

• 2-4 years of successful outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience in B2B tech.
• Eager to learn modern data environments and SaaS.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in demanding, unstructured startup environments.
• Must be based in the Boston, MA area and available for a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the hunt: execute aggressive outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) to set enterprise meetings.
• Command the message: differentiate proactive AI from dashboards and overcome objections.
• Build the machine: refine messaging from real conversations and provide feedback to leadership.
