Job summary

Manifest AI is seeking a founding Business Development Representative for North America. You will partner with the founders to build pipeline, craft outbound strategies, and shape how we scale our GTM motion across the region.

You’ll engage with eCommerce brands and executives, generating opportunities through outbound and inbound qualification, and help define the outbound playbook. This is a hands-on, high-ownership startup role with travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales development experience.
• Experience outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
• Based in the New York City area and able to travel across the US for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound qualification across calls, email, LinkedIn, and research.
• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by identifying high-potential accounts, engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings.
• Help build and refine Manifest AI’s outbound playbook through messaging experiments and prioritization.
• Work with founders on strategic accounts and go-to-market initiatives across North America.
• Travel with the founders for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events across the US.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility using modern sales tools.
