Job summary

Synchro seeks a Founding Solutions Architect to be the technical face of the company, bridging engineering and sales for an AI-driven observability platform. This hybrid role blends hands-on demos, customer discovery, and deal execution, with travel to manufacturing and logistics sites.

You will translate customer needs into technical requirements and lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to close, supporting growth toward $1M ARR.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering or sales engineering.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage environment without established playbooks.
• Willingness to travel regularly to industrial sites, including factories and logistics facilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to understand video-based use cases and gather requirements.
• Build demos and proofs of concept; translate requirements into technical specs for product/engineering.
• Manage the full technical sales cycle from discovery through contract signature on deals $50K–$100K ACV.
• Contribute to pipeline generation via cold outreach, industry conferences, and partnerships.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts to increase retention and growth.
