Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for Observe to act as the primary technical resource for the Sales team. You will drive technical closures by demonstrating value, leading PoCs, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to prospects.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, provide customer insights to Product/Engineering, and develop technical collateral while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
Deep technical understanding of observability concepts and tools.
Familiarity with cloud-native tech and major clouds.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and product demonstrations.
Design and manage PoCs to validate value.
Support sales team with technical strategy throughout cycle.
Provide customer feedback to Product/Eng, shaping roadmap.
Create and deliver technical collateral and training.
