Job summary

Pragmatike is building a zero-to-one outbound sales engine for early-stage startups. We’re seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to open doors, build relationships, and create opportunities from scratch.

You’ll work directly with the founders to identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, shaping our go-to-market approach and messaging while operating remotely with high ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience (B2B or SaaS).
• Strong prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with ownership and experimentation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Define outbound strategy, messaging, prospecting workflows, and playbook.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America.
• Open doors and generate new business opportunities from scratch.
