Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to help build our outbound sales engine as we enter growth. You'll work directly with the founders to engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America, helping them discover Pragmatike's hiring acceleration.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and relentless—comfortable prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach, and able to manage their own pipeline remotely with minimal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, B2B services or SaaS, SDR or related role.
• Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and pipeline-focused.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound sales engine from zero to one with messaging and workflows.
• Identify and engage startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders.
• Manage and own your sales pipeline with a consultative approach.
