Gold & Aron Conseil is recruiting on behalf of a seed-stage, AI-native B2B platform that helps banks and financial institutions modernize legacy IT. The US market will be opened by the first commercial hire, building a robust pipeline and closing initial deals end-to-end with CIO/CTO/COO buyers.

This role is highly entrepreneurial, with influence on scope, structure and pricing, and frequent travel to customers and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record selling to CIO/CTO/COO-level buyers in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Open the US market as the first commercial hire.
• Build pipeline and close first deals end-to-end.
• Sell to technology organizations inside banks (CIO/CTO/COO).
• Shape scope, structure and pricing on deals.
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships to accelerate distribution.
