Job summary

Featherless AI in Ashburn, VA seeks a founding member of our US/CA GTM team who can bridge technical depth and business execution. You will engage developers, founders, and enterprises to explore open-model deployment and scale collaboration.

You’ll own inbound/outbound pipeline, run outreach sequences (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n), track CRM and metrics, and help shape our go-to-market strategy with the executive team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
