Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the US/Canada GTM team who thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This role involves engaging with AI developers, startups, enterprises, and researchers to build a robust sales and adoption strategy.

You’ll manage inbound requests, qualify opportunities, and drive outreach programs while collaborating with executive leadership on high-impact partnerships and GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
