Job summary

ArcaLabs is hiring a Head of GTM with deep banking or private equity experience to own our entire customer-facing motion. You will lead pipeline, deals, customer success, and the scalable GTM playbook, acting as the public face in finance and closing major opportunities in the first 18 months.

This is a founding role partnering with the CEO and CTO, and you will build a high-impact GTM team from the ground up in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or a finance-adjacent enterprise sales role.
• Closed multi-million-dollar enterprise deals into Tier 1 banks or large PE funds.
• Founding or first GTM hire with autonomous work style.
• Belief AI will transform finance and you will sell the system.

Responsibilities

• Build top-of-funnel using existing relationships with finance leaders (MDs, partners, CIOs).
• Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue through the full deal cycle.
• Hire and lead next-gen GTM team (AEs, CS, field marketing).
• Coordinate with FDEs on post-sale handoff to ship workflows.
• Be the credible voice to procurement, infosec, and compliance for a yes.
