Job summary

Featherless AI in New York is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who is both technical and entrepreneurial and thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This is not a traditional sales role; you’ll be fluent in AI and able to hold conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises and developers exploring open-model deployment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
