Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team to bridge AI technology with market execution. You’ll engage with model creators, startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment, blending technical insight with entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• Combined 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
