Featherless.ai seeks a founding GTM team member for the US/CA market. You will engage with AI creators, startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment. If you’re a charismatic developer aiming to transition into sales or an entrepreneurial tech talent, we want to talk.

You’ll own pipeline, manage inbound and outbound outreach, and drive partnerships with exec-level visibility in a fast-growing open AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong product understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English—concise and credible.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
