Job summary

Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team to bridge AI tech and market strategy. You’ll engage developers, startups, and enterprises to build a scalable go-to-market approach.

You’ll own pipeline, key partnerships, and events, while translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role in a fast-growing open-model AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
