Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team to bridge AI technology and market strategy. You’ll talk with model creators, startups, enterprises, and developers on open-model deployment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
