Job summary

Featherless AI in Los Angeles is seeking a founding member of our US/CA GTM team who combines technical insight with entrepreneurial drive. You’ll engage developers, startups, and enterprises in open-model deployment discussions and help shape our growth.

You don’t need a traditional sales background; the role welcomes charismatic developers expanding into sales or founders with technical chops who can own pipeline and partner relationships from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
