Job summary

Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who can blend technical depth with entrepreneurial drive. You will engage developers, startups, and enterprises to drive open-model deployment, while crafting scalable outreach and partnerships.

This role focuses on pipeline development, outbound and inbound engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Featherless AI's growth in the US/CA market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Able to engage technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
