Featherless AI is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team — someone technical and entrepreneurial that thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This is not a traditional sales role.

You’re expected to be fluent in AI and be able to hold your own in conversations with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment. If you're a charismatic developer looking to expand into sales or a young entrepreneur with technical skills

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Able to engage technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong technical comfort.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; works independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish relationships.
