Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to serve as Founder Support, EA++, and potential ops lead. You will protect the Founder's time, manage complex calendars, and coordinate cross-functional activities with investors, partners, and vendors.

You will begin by executive support and may expand into operations, process improvement, and project coordination as trust grows, leveraging AI tools and cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, startup leader, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with highly polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder's inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and travel logistics.
• Draft professional emails and communications for external stakeholders.
• Support with operations, project coordination, and process improvement as needed.
• Act as a trusted execution partner to the Founder and protect time.
