OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to support the Founder as an Executive Assistant in a remote, fast-moving environment. This EA++ role blends executive support with opportunities to contribute to operations and project coordination as priorities evolve.

You will manage the Founder's inbox and calendar, coordinate across time zones, and prepare materials for meetings while protecting time and confidentiality. Remote first, startup mindset.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive, you do not need constant hand-holding.
• Ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and discreet with confidential information.
• Punctual start times and readiness for early EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder's inbox and calendar, filter and draft responses.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Organize materials and context ahead of meetings.
• Arrange travel and logistics; handle personal and professional commitments.
• Draft clear communications with investors and partners.
• Protect confidential information and escalate when needed.
• Support operations, projects, and process improvements as needed.
• Leverage AI tools and cloud software to automate repetitive tasks.
