Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to serve as Founder Support. This EA++/Founder Support role adapts quickly in a fast-moving environment and may expand into broader operations and project support as trust with the Founder grows.

You will anticipate needs, protect the Founder’s time, and manage communications with investors, partners, and external stakeholders, while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a highly digital workspace.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, startup leader, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with highly polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder’s inbox, including drafting and follow-ups.
• Own complex calendar management and proactively protect the Founder’s time.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and prepare meeting materials.
• Manage travel and related logistics for the Founder and related engagements.
• Provide light personal administrative support and coordinate personal and professional commitments.
