OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing Founder Support EA++ to work remotely with the Founder of a fast-moving investment firm. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties and requires startup experience, proactive judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

You will manage the Founder's calendar and inbox, coordinate across time zones, handle travel, and contribute to operations, projects, and process improvements as trust grows.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder or senior executive in a startup.
• Strong written and verbal English with professional communication.
• Highly self-directed, capable of independent decision-making.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder’s inbox and calendar across time zones.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics for the Founder.
• Draft clear emails and communications for external stakeholders.
• Support with operations, projects, and process improvements as needed.
