Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to support the Founder as an EA++ / Founder Support. You will anticipate needs, protect the Founder’s time, and drive tasks independently across time zones.

As trust grows, responsibilities may expand into operations, project coordination, and process improvement. You’ll act as a trusted execution partner, coordinating communications with investors and partners, and using AI tools to streamline workflows in a fast-moving, tech-driven

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with highly polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive—you do not need constant hand-holding.
• Strong business judgment, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder’s inbox with filtering, drafting, follow-ups, and prioritization.
• Own complex calendar management and protect the Founder’s time across time zones.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for meetings with context.
• Travel arrangements and related logistics; light personal admin support as needed.
• Draft professional emails and correspondence for external stakeholders.
• Support operational processes, project coordination, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to keep projects moving.
• Leverage AI tools to research, organize information, and automate repetitive tasks.
