OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator who also handles Executive Assistant responsibilities to support the Founder of a fast-moving investment firm in a fully remote role. This EA++ role goes beyond traditional duties, with potential expansion into operations, project coordination, process improvement, and broader business support as trust grows.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, startup leader, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with highly polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage founder's inbox, drafting and following up on emails.
• Own complex calendar management and protect the founder's time.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Prepare for meetings with relevant information and context.
• Manage travel and logistics.
• Provide light personal administrative support.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments.
• Represent the Founder to external stakeholders.
