Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to take on Founder Support responsibilities at EA++ level. The role focuses on anticipating needs, protecting the Founder’s time, and acting as a trusted execution partner in a fast-moving environment.

You will handle executive communication, calendar management, and cross-time-zone coordination while expanding into operations, project coordination, and process improvement as trust grows.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or senior executives.
• Strong startup experience in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive, requiring minimal guidance.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Anticipates needs and stays ahead of the Founder.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder's inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings across time zones and prepare meeting materials.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and related logistics.
• Provide light personal administrative support as needed.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments with discretion.
• Draft professional emails and communications for external stakeholders.
• Support operational processes and project coordination as needs evolve.
• Leverage AI tools and cloud-based software to improve efficiency.
