Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX for a Special Project with Living Expenses Allowance. You’ll direct daily shift operations, manage frontline crew, and ensure hourly production targets are met safely on multiple deployment sites in Texas.

Responsibilities include coordinating with client field foremen, monitoring safety and PPE usage, preventing material waste, and completing daily shift production summaries and JHAs. Travel required, 21-30%.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required, equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 1 year general laborer experience required.
• Required technical skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crew to hit hourly production targets safely.
• Travel with plant crew to deployment sites as needed.
• Maintain safety by enforcing PPE and conducting tailgates; oversee wear-and-tear inspections and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with client foremen and paving train operators to adjust batching speeds in real time.
• Record daily shift production summaries, downtime events, and JHAs; file incident reports.
