Amrize, a leading construction materials supplier in the United States, seeks a Batch Plant Operator RMX for a special project in Hubbard, Texas. The role involves precise batching using computerized systems, strict adherence to mix designs, and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or dispatch environments.
• Proficiency with dispatch systems and PC/phone tools.
• Experience with automated batching software (Command Alkon) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks function; follow LOTO during maintenance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log automated system errors, water overrides, and mix design changes.
• Monitor aggregate moisture and adjust trim water to maintain water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Communicate with drivers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Support client milestones with high-quality production outputs.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental policies in all work areas.
