Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• At least 1 year general laborer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crew to meet hourly production targets safely.
• Travel with the plant crew to deployment sites and coordinate batching speeds with paving operators.
• Oversee safety protocols, PPE usage, and wear-and-tear inspections; document downtime and JHAs.
• Maintain real-time product quality and minimize material waste during shifts.
