Job summary

Amrize in North America seeks a Foreman RMX for special projects in Hubbard, Texas. You will direct daily shift operations, lead frontline crews, and ensure production and safety targets are met on both wet and dry mix projects.

The role requires travel to deployment sites, strong communication, and hands-on supervision of equipment, batch flow, and quality control. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of general labor experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma/GED; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 1 year general laborer experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and lead frontline crew to meet hourly production and quality targets safely.
• Travel with plant crew to deployment sites.
• Record daily shift production summaries and JHAs; file incident reports.
• Ensure PPE usage and compliance with safety protocols.
