Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for a special project in Hubbard, Texas. You will use computerized systems to precisely batch concrete according to engineering mix designs, with a living expenses allowance provided.

This full-time, hourly role requires 1–3 years of related experience, the ability to work overtime, and strict adherence to safety policies. Travel exceeds 90%, coordinating with drivers to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of specialized technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch environment required.
• Proficient in dispatch systems, PC, and headset communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks are functional and LOCK-OUT procedures followed.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log all automated system errors and mix design changes; back up data.
• Adjust moisture and water additions to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid off-spec loads; ensure accurate weighing.
