Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX in Forney, Texas, to oversee safe, efficient site operations and productive teams on projects that matter. You will advise on the best interests of operations and coordinate with the Plant Manager or Supervisor to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of production, maintenance or location supervision experience in related industries, with strong organizational and customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready-mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
• Basic experience using computers.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position is responsible for the efficient, safe and profitable operation of all site equipment and work team. Advising as well as making recommendations to the plant Manager/Supervisor concerning the best interests of the operation when the activities of his/ her work team and equipment are involved.

This position is located in Forney, TX.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education:High School Diploma

Required Work Experience:Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Required Technical Skills:Basic experience using computers.
