Qualifications

• Five years minimum in production, maintenance and/or location supervision in related industries.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, safe, and profitable operation of site equipment and work team.
• Advise and recommend to Plant/Area Manager regarding the best interests of the operation when activities of the team and equipment are involved.
• Lead with productivity, motivation and morale within the department.
• Ensure safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate data entry and order processing for a credible and professional presence.
