Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX in Forney, Texas, to oversee safe, efficient site operations and productive teams on projects that matter. You will advise on the best interests of operations and coordinate with the Plant Manager or Supervisor to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of production, maintenance or location supervision experience in related industries, with strong organizational and customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready-mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
• Basic experience using computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prioritize work and manage time effectively to ensure customer needs, staff training and administration duties are fulfilled.
• Understand current and future needs of the business and customers and provide input to the Plant/Area Manager or Supervisor.
