Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle, to grow the F&A portfolio in the Baltimore, MD territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products while developing new business and supporting existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of selling or 3+ years in a related field, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves travel and field-based work in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher PLUS 2 years’ experience OR Associates plus 6 years related experience OR military transition with 3+ years sales experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for hospital settings.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the Foot & Ankle portfolio and educate surgeons and staff on proper use.
• Grow F&A customer base by selling portfolio to new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Maintain professional relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases and in operating rooms as needed.
