Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cleveland, OH seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio in the assigned territory. You will present, demonstrate, and promote portfolio products to surgeons and hospital staff, while building clinical relationships and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities include case coverage, field calls, inventory management, and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan and market strategy.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant is expected to learn, know and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures relative to the position.
• The consultant will maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Must be able to travel and work in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Perform field calls and provide support during surgical cases as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business plan and market strategy.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete administrative duties promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
