Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle (F&A) Sales Consultant to develop the HCP customer base across assigned geography. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes’ F&A products while building new business and supporting existing accounts.

You’ll collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align business plans and market strategy, travel as needed, and meet sales targets within the territory.

Qualifications

• Account management and relationship-building skills required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for hospital settings.
• Understanding of orthopedics, trauma, and implant products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the F&A portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
