Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Boston, MA area. You will present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, build strong surgeon relationships, and drive growth in your territory with a focus on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, educate teams on product use, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to deliver a strategic business plan. This role requires travel and hospital environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures as needed.
• Perform field calls including on-call and OR consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to expand F&A in defined geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in good condition.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites and meet business targets.
• Accurately invoice customers for products and services.
