Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant for the Cleveland, OH region to support DePuy Synthes F&A products. The role focuses on presenting the portfolio, educating surgeons, and building clinical relationships to drive adoption and sales.

You will work with a Regional Sales Manager to align on business plans and territory strategy, travel as needed, and contribute to achieving the defined sales targets across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Communicate legal/ethical questions to supervisor or compliance/legal department.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Provide support during surgical cases for F&A products.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on business plan and market strategy.
