Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant is required to learn and follow all laws, policies and procedures relevant to the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills for hospital environment, including technical communication and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products; understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as required.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on business plans and market strategy.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties accurately.
