Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth for the F&A portfolio across an assigned geography. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products while building relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

The role requires field calls, case coverage, and collaboration with regional leadership to deliver the business plan, with travel as needed and a focus on achieving targeted sales outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales or MedTech preferred.
Associate degree plus 4+ years in related field.
Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, Trauma or Orthopedics.
Recent military experience considered for the role.

Responsibilities

Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
Spearhead sales to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
Educate surgeons and staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
Establish clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
Maintain surgeon contact and support during surgical cases.
