Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in our Miami store to drive exceptional customer service and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor. You will model Mejuri's values, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, from customer interactions to inventory and merchandising.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced retail setting, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold customer service standards.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement.
• Oversee services including piercing and engraving.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
