Mejuri in the United States is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, developing the team, and ensuring seamless daily operations. As a visible leader on the sales floor, you motivate staff, uphold Mejuri's values, and deliver engaging experiences for customers.

You'll oversee inventory, order fulfillment, merchandising, and people practices. This role requires a high-volume retail background, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the in-store customer experience by training the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPIs and engagement through performance and leadership of the team.
• Promote services offerings such as piercing, engraving, and related services.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and ensure proper technology is in place.
• Support back-of-house flow, packaging, and order delivery standards.
• Maintain store brand visuals and merchandising standards.
• Coach and onboard new team members and ensure fair performance reviews.
