Job summary

Mejuri in San Francisco is seeking a Floor Lead to guide our store team and uphold Mejuri's customer service standards. You will role-model the Mejuri experience on the floor, train teammates, and ensure smooth daily operations across sales, inventory, and guest interactions.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume retail environment, a creative problem-solver mindset, and the ability to stand long hours while supporting evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement.
• Oversee in-store services including piercing and engraving where applicable.
• Support inventory, back-of-house flow, packaging and order fulfillment.
• Maintain Mejuri brand visual standards and store merchandising.
• Coach and onboard new staff, and ensure policy compliance.
